- Manage all calls and e-mails pertaining to haulers deliveries and clients,

- Ensure dispatch for the day is properly planned to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, gross profit, capacity, to ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain hauler retention by building direct relationships with each haulers and helping them achieve success each week

- Type up and send out a weekly schedule with huddle to all foreman’s, labor, P.M’s etc..

- Fill out the monthly HSMS report for the month; fill out the Scorecard at the end of the month.

- Plan a Field Safety Committee Meeting each month; take minutes & fill out the action log.

- Give out P.O. #’s to Foreman’s when needed, order supplies, materials etc…, approve invoices for accts. payable, & approve expense reports for all the field employees. Send out each Monday mail package to the N.Y. office

- Prepare necessary paperwork when needed for job clearances, so Foreman’s & Labors can enter on job sites.

- Handle all new hire field employees for drug tests, and keep report s of all field employees due date for drug testing

- Enter weekly huddles & monthly huddles in box; so it could be retrieved when needed. Remind foreman’s to do BBSO’s each month

- Respond to all e-mails, phone calls & texts. Keep records of all field employee’s vacation time & days off.

- Keep a record of all field employees doing safety training, also assign classes to each of them.

- Keep a record of all field employees clothing sized for future orders of sweat shirts, jackets &T-shirts

- Attend conference calls meetings: production meetings once a week, QC meetings every two weeks, and scorecard meeting each month.

- Teach the sales associates and specialists on how to get leads and enter them in the Project Tool to achieve the PSI target for the year.

- Call all leads and set an in-store meeting to understand the customers project and see if it qualifies as a PSI job or not. If so sale a $75 detail and walk the customer through the plumbing, flooring, kitchen, appliances departments to pick out all the materials for their project.

- Set an in-home meeting with customer, General Contract & PSI to take measurements and try to expand on the sale of the project.

- Sit with the G.C. and go over the project after the in home to make sure he has the same notes as I do for him to price the job out.

- Bring project measurements to the kitchen specialist so they can design the kitchen for the customer. Once designed set an in-store review

- Do a proposal for all the material needs as to the project of the kitchen, countertop, back splash or bathroom materials.

- Explain the Lowe’s process to the customer so they are aware on how the payment is to be made in MD (1/3 or 2/3 the following day)

- Sale the job to the customer and bring folder to the install office. If possible introduce the customer to the install office

- Do pre-construction meetings, mid-point meeting, final walk thru and punch list for the G.C. to complete job. Take pictures

- Make site binders for the install office and one for the contractor so they have everything they need for when project goes into construction,

- Do flyer’s and bag stuffs for open house kitchen to try to increase the leads in the store. Attend home shows, fairs to get leads. Page 1
