As a 29-year veteran of Packaging Corporation of America and the corrugated industry I am seeking a new opportunity where I can utilize my experience and talents to benefit facility operations and enhance the customers’ experience. 2016 to present
Oversee the administration of all plant activities including Production, Quality, Safety, Environmental Regulations, Transportation, union labor relations, hiring, training, and maintenance. Directly oversee four department managers, eight supervisors, and 105 hourly associates. Support the customer experience both externally and while at the facility. Responsible for the administration of all policies, vacation, attendance, and regulatory matters. Secured and directly administrated over 10 million dollars in capital improvements including new production equipment, machinery upgrades, and building infrastructure. Additionally responsible for all safety and environmental regulations, inspections, audits, and permits.
