As Business manager, my responsibilities were to establish healthcare revenue cycle processes for the ASC including time of service collections along with oversight of charge entry, billing, claim filing, and optimization of reimbursements.

Researched market utilization statistics to forecast ASC performance. Created key performance indicators to effectively analyze trends in the Center’s financial performance.
