- Cash-to-cash Time Cycle: 35 days (MEX - AUS importing), Maintained 2013-2019: Service level 98% - Fill rate 95% - Inventory turnover ratio 9.6

- Procurement, inventory, communications, and supply chain management

- Data analytics including data mining, procurement, sales, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis requested by the CEO.

- Developed the inventory management system, reduced 70% of none added value activities from the old process.

- Custodian of the Cloud Based Inventory Management System "Unleashed". Gathering real time information from clients and suppliers and reducing by 50% the time taken to reconcile transactions with the accounting system Xero.

- Standardization of the supply chain processes using VSMs. Growing in 100% the Inventory Turnover to 9.6.

- Managed lean manufacturing TPM’s project across Vianney's 8 factories, coordinating eight multidisciplinary teams.

- USD 0.2M savings by reducing dead times in the first 12 months by 40% and maintenance costs dropped 35%.

- Reduced 50% machine stoppages due learning curve issues by teaching new staff TPM’s procedures and standards. Plant Maintenance Manager
