• Received and reviewed RFIs and submittals from contractors and coordinate with design engineer firms for resolution to construction issues and ensure materials and construction is compliant with the engineered specifications

Flare Relief Systems Upgrade $10MM
• Project scope: installation of new 10’X30’ Knock-out drum, new pressure vessel relief piping to flare header, new knock-out drum pumps and new relief valves
Tail Gas Unit $30MM
• Project scope: Installation of new modular Tail Gas Treating Unit for product sulfur reduction. Unit consists of 10 modules and 3 process columns that were fabricated off site then delivered, erected and tied into existing Sulfur Recovery Unit while on-line
Flare Gas Recovery Project $70MM
• Project scope: Installation of a new flare gas recovery system to comply with new environmental regulations. The Flare Gas Recovery Unit consisted of 3 new 600HP liquid ring compressors, three phase separator vessel and inlet/outlet knockout vessels.
Flare replacement and upgrade $4MM
• Project scope: Installed new 130ft air assisted flare system, 600’ of associated piping, new pipe rack and foundations
