Roles and Responsibilities:

Process

Responsible for all aspect of chemical and process for various process in metal recovery

Design and selection of equipment for industrial and commercial applications

Collecting data required to make improvements and /or modification construction of new plants

Preparing Process flow Diagram (PFDs) and piping and instruments(P&IDs)

Purchasing and installing equipments

Performing supporting process calculation and preparing specification for all required process equipment Items, including vessel,pumps, compressor, instruments, control valve and relief valve

Supervising plant erection,commissioning, operation,investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems

gold silver, palladium and platinum recovery from e waste and automobile catalyst

Safety;

Investigate industrial accidents,injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures

Recommend process and product safety features that will reduce employees exposure to chemical, physical and biological work hazards,

Plan, organize, write and read monthly safety meetings.

Create and maintain maintenance program.

Revise, rewrite and update company Health & Safety Management System, including Safe Work Practices, Job Procedures, Hazard Assessments, monthly safety Inspections, Incident Investigations, Ergonomics and Safety Audits.
