PMC Application is used for to aggregate and prepare products for Ralph Lauren website. This application is used by Merchants, Digital operations and Approvers team. PMC application receives Product data from upstream systems and then the Product Copy information, item generation and pricing is added into PMC. Then there are multiple Data interfaces or jobs which send out this data from Enterprise domain to EBay or GSI. This is done via MFT or SFTP. The PMC team also manages and supports all the jobs on around 10 digital domain servers. GSI is the ecommerce website for the Ralph Lauren. Other than PMC, there are also the Store db, Customer Db, Employee shopping db, Inventory db, Warehouse Db, Reporting server databases are owned by the team. All these databases have multiple inbound and outbound jobs which are supported by the team. PMC team also supports the launch of new Digital Platform Lotus as the RL website plans to switch from EBay to Sales force. The whole shift from Enterprise to Digital domain, various release and deployments and support comes under the scope of PMC techops team.

Avnet uses uRenew tool to allow the user to View and Renew business Licenses Online.
It tracks, Reports and forecasts the renewals for the user to make sure the licenses are renewed on time and which makes sure Avnet does not lose the Clients. It notifies the user with an Email which are generated using iReports about the Expiry of their licenses so that they are renewed on time and helps him to do electronic transactions based on their renewal dates. Reminders are sent through Emails a month, 2 Weeks and a Week before the License Expiry. uRenew helps the user to analyze the deals, discounts and offers given to them on the renewal of the licenses. It helps the user to identify cross sell and up sell opportunities. The pricing, profits and Licenses lost are all shown in the uRenew Tool for Avnet to know about their business.

Shop Direct Group at its core has a home shopping business where they trade via several catalogues and websites.
The Shop Direct Group is incorporating more and more functionalities within its CAM database and requires specific changes to be done based on the latest market requirements. The Contract Claims System is a new system. Originally the Contract Claims information consisted of spreadsheet data and two tables for accounting to enter the payments, expenses, and salvage in. This was an extremely manual system. Many users contributed to the development of the new system. The system is an Oracle database using Developer 2000 for the screens and the reports. The Contract Claims System will be used with an imaging system. The imaging system is called ImageRight. This system will be used for scanning, indexing and managing documents. Both systems can be used together or separately.
The Contract Claims System uses many screens. The screens are described as main screens, secondary screens, and maintenance screens. These screens include the Main screen, Ashton Main screen, Claim screen, Bond screen, Payment screen, Recovery screen, Litigation screen, Bankruptcy screen, Reports Screen, Ashton Reports, and Accounting Screens and Reports. The secondary screens are used by the main screens to enter or look at detail information. The maintenance screens are used for up keeping purposes, initially, these screens will be used often. These screens include Employee screen, Company screen, Treaty Layer screen, and Code Screen.
