ZENITH ENERGY (Gulf Coast Asphalt previously Chevron Terminal), Mobile, AL 2006 - 2019

Directed assets for construction and maintenance projects. Supervised day-to-day maintenance activities, both preventative and repair. Provided construction oversight of multi-million-dollar capital projects, including preparation of bid packages, subcontractor selection, material specifications.

Led construction of 16 new tanks from 50K to 150K bbl. capacity with all associated piping, pumps, pipe supports and foundations.

oTank projects were from $1.4M to $4.65M.

oCompleted all tankage and associated foundations and piping under projected budget and commissioned to client before deadline.

Spearheaded construction of $10M dock facility that included Sheet Pile wall 65’x 1800’ long with concrete cap and 14000’ of product piping and steam tracing with insulation at ARC Chickasaw terminal.

oCompleted 3 months ahead of schedule and $800K under budget.

oARC Terminals could bring in larger ships and added rail car off loading.

Commercial Experience Over site of facilities such as large distribution centers as much as 1,000,000 sq. ft. and 100 Ac. sites. These facilities were designed with tension precast concrete walls. Multilevel multifamily block and wood framing with elevated concrete floors and all site work with drainage systems and retention areas. Out of the ground to completion.
