Responsible to coordinate with food service operations, central kitchen facility and related facilities providing food service management

Responsible to plan menus based on established guidelines.

Standardize recipes and test new products for use in facility.

Supervise food production and service. Guide supervisor in food selection, preparation and menu planning based upon the nutritional needs.

Responsible to evaluate and monitor all aspects of food services operations, make recommendations that will provide nutritionally adequate, quality food.
