I am a Civil Engineer with 10+ years’ experience in the Construction Field as a Site Execution and project management consultant for Metro-Rail projects, High-raised Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Sub-stations projects in compliance with Project Specifications & Quality standards.

My skill set includes ensuring the Execution of all civil construction activities as per drawing, Standards & specification with government norms according to the scheduled base line program. And evaluating & ensure the material, man power, and equipment’s with required Standards to execute the works. Excellent relationship management, communication skills with the capability to relate people at all level. 1. Doha Metro Project –Red Line South (Current project since July’16)

- Construction and Refurbishment of Al Matar Station & Switchbox for Red line south zone – Doha Metro in Qatar. The Projects consists Station & Switchbox with including Subway, Entrance & underpass Structures.

2. Sheraton Park Project – Qatar (Dec’13 to July’16)

- Construction and Refurbishment of Sheraton Park Project – Qatar. The Projects consists 7 hectares of public garden with water features and 4-levels of underground car parking, The Project Contract Value = 2.75 Billion. Duties and Responsibilities

Provides managerial assistance to the Project Manager/Construction Manager in preparing plans/schedules of work, budgets, financial requirements

Responsible for Daily construction activities of the site, coordinating with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultants, subcontractors and all concerned departments etc.

Prepares and presents regular progress reports to the Project Manager. Arranges for information, reports, documents and clarification sought by the Project team and/or the Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, Regulatory Authorities

Reprogramming of the daily work in case of emergency and noticing the project manager

Responsible for checking the Method statements, MIR & MAR in consultation with project Manager and same should approved by Consultant for execution of work.

Analyzing project as per technical point of view Pre-qualifications of Supplier / Sub- Contractors / Material submittals / Method statements) prior to submitting to the consultant and conducting inspection.

Assisting in managing the subcontractors activities and are in compliance with PQP.

Follow up submittal approval of drawings & Material with client and consultant

Study the GFC Drawings, Specifications accordingly Raising RFI prior to start the work. Generating Request for Information to Architects and Consultants to sort out the mistakes in Drawings.

Review GFC Drawings and ensure the implementation of work according to shop drawings, Specifications and Method statement

Review the shop drawings and explain to site team - Site Engineer/ General Foreman

Supervise the activities of the Site Engineer/ Foreman/ General Foreman and assist them to perform effectively.

Coordinating with MEP and other sub-contractor, drawings and actual work

Make daily reports, follow up the productivity of the site provide the planning department with this reports

Liaising with contractor, subcontractor, vendors, QA/ QC Engineer, Project Planning Engineer and surveyors to check the progress on site for inspection purposes & other construction programs (weekly, Monthly & on or when required.

Interface with Consultant / Client /QA-QC Engineers and 3rd party for related inspection activities.

Executing & tracking project as per the Project Quality Plan; adhering to safety standard in line with HSE.

Designing site level micro program schedule & allocation w.r.t. base line program; creating material reconciliation confirming the same with QS wing & drafting day-work sheets on variation orders.

Working on projects involving estimation of the required manpower, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), raising RFI & indents, manpower mobilization, equipment mobilization, floating enquiries to subcontractor, vendors for instruments, equipment to finalize order & offers & performing techno-commercial comparison

Manage the work of other professional and technical staff and interface with and supervise contractors and consultants. Projects supervised may be long-term or may constitute a major portion of a continuous or comprehensive engineering or construction program

Collaborating with contracts, subcontractors, purchase, accounts, finance team and contractors for the timely completion of the project with quality and controlled cost for project work; obtaining approval for various engineering deliverables, addressing the technical queries & deviations

Taking preventive actions to avoid accidents on the site such as tool box talk, trainings, Develop / Implement / Control Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) together with associated quality control checklists in line with the construction processes and project specification.

Providing certification of subcontractor bills as per contract and payment terms and forwarding to the final approval. Providing data’s to quantity surveyor to claim the variation orders, which executed in addition to drawing based on clients requirement, design change or site instructions

Preparing record drawings, technical reports, Monitoring charts with inspection records & final packages to client.

Monitoring the progress of works and preparation of weekly progress reports, providing valid inputs in Progress Review Meeting.
