My goal is to continue to provide, through my experience several quality offerings of fermentation I have been successful at producing a standard of quality and excellence that has won the favor of many beer geeks like myself. I am a driven, goal oriented person, easy to get along with and great at becoming autonomous to my job specifications. I am in my ninth year as a professional brewer in a lead brewing role. I have many commercial BBL’s of excellent beer under my belt from my work with 3 Michigan based breweries along with consultation for several others. I would love to stay sharp brewing and using my talents to further other projects. Recipe creation to test batches to scaling and large systems. o CIP and multi-stage disinfecting and sterilization of all brewing tanks and equipment o Troubleshooting lactic acid and other beer infections o Fixing centrifugal brewhouse and cart pumps
o Replacing PTC sensors and electronic controllers o Master beer line cleaning and maintenance
o Glycol chilled trunk line and chiller maintenance o Production brewing, scheduling, cellaring, packaging o Shipping/ receiving
