Key Responsibilities

Carry out site surveys and investigations and feasibility studies and with other relevant consultants write a reference report.

Design Costing (estimate) in conjunction with the Quantity Surveyor(QS).

Develop client Briefs, carry out feasibilities, conceptual design, planning and prepare technical reports addressing clients, financiers and developers in conjunction with other relevant consultants.

Co-ordinate construction meetings and ensure proper completion of projects.

Prepare tender documentation,i.e. full working, details and production drawings and specifications.

Undertake detailed design, coordinate and integrate consultants inputs, prepare information and technical specifications for Bills of Quantities.

Scrutinize tender and contract documents, carry out supervision on site. Monitor work progress and efficient disbursement of contract payment with conjunction with QS as per regulations.
