Technical Business Analyst 2019–2020

Optimized Blue Signal's data-related processes and took ownership of data analytics and reports to help drive Blue Signal’s business forward. Worked on API integration, technical support, metrics/analytics, and a whole host of other data/IT-related tasks.

●Created a Klipfolio BI dashboard that showed live recruiter sales/call data.

●Connected the dashboard to the PCRecruiter and RingCentral APIs for automatic, fast and live data updates.

●Helped Blue Signal remain on track to bill $4 million in revenue for the fiscal year 2019.

FabCom - Integrated Strategic Marketing Scottsdale, AZ

Business Analyst 2019

Analyzed FabCom client data in order to guide strategy for increased user retention and conversion. ●Performed a regression analysis on Age vs. Purchase Value using R and RStudio.

Kickstarter: Machine Learning

●Analyzed Kickstarter data to predict success/failure of campaigns with Machine Learning

●Used Python with my teammates to create Random Forest and Logistic Regression classifiers in order to train the algorithm to make predictions from the data

●Achieved a 97% accuracy rating for each algorithm’s predictions of campaign success/failure. Also created useful visualizations using Tableau in an online dashboard.
