FedEx ePAT (Enterprise Pricing Analysis Toolkit) 15-Sep-2019 to till date

Project Description: This project is an application which is built for Pricing Analyst so that they were can generate list rates, profit and loss statements across their multiple business units.

Before this project each business unit used to produce profit analysis statements using diverse and non-standard applications.

However, with this project, business analysts would be able to create globalized P&L statements across all business units. This application is interfaces with other Pricing systems to pull and push shipment data automatically such as importing shipment detail, Shipment Metrics from other external applications

Team Size: 15 members

Responsibilities:

As a Test Lead and Onsite Coordinator, I am responsible for:

Participating in daily stand up meeting among whole team to understand day to day progress, mitigate any foreseen risk and help to resolve impediments if any.

Project planning, Test Strategy preparation, customer communication, managing deliverables, Detailed Test Plan creation and implementation.

Updating Test Results in PPM ( Project Portfolio Management) to confirm Production movement of the code

Proving UAT support to Customer and performing Pre and Post production checkouts

Considering all those factors, a proposal is created for customer and agreement is generated. This agreement reaches to customer along with the Rate Sheets on the agreed prices. Once the customer signs the agreement, it is stored in Pricing Database and that pricing becomes the effective pricing for the customer now and all the charges are applied as per the agreed conditions.
