Directed, coordinated and controlled production activities in HVAC repair tools handheld instruments manufacturing area, as well as the refrigeration recovery area. Key responsibilities included:
Hired, trained and developed personnel (6-8 electronic assemblers) to achieve maximum flexibility and optimization within the manufacturing area
Recommended/implemented improvements to procedures to improve quality and efficiencies

Repair Technician/Production Leader (2000 – 2004)
Oversaw production and repair in the refrigerant recovery machine area. Key responsibilities included:
Diagnosed, estimated, repaired and returned refrigeration recovery machines
Conducted extensive testing of prototype components and whole machines to assist in component selection and product development; resulted in promotion to Production Leader
Trained and supervised 3-9 mechanical assemblers and repair personnel in production area
U.S. Army Corps of Combat Engineers
Various locations, including Persian Gulf, Europe and stateside assignments. Received consistent promotions culminating in position of Sergeant, with responsibility for squad of seven staff.
