Responsibilities: product specification, development of the electrical power, fire alarm, communications, sound and television riser diagrams. Circuiting of lighting, power, HVAC and plumbing equipment. Lighting and fault current calculations manually or using Visual Professional and Power Tools for Windows computer programs. Editing job specifications from Master Spec & e- SPECS; reviewing shop drawings to maintain spec quality of all electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, materials that are installed on the project, and perform investigative surveys and inspections before and during the construction phase of as mentioned projects.
