Senior Technical Advisor / Recruiter Instructor, Lansing, MI (2018 – 2020)

Provided expert advice to all offices & personnel within the organization, which included 38 Recruiting Offices, 2 entrance processing stations, and 1 Officer Selection Office. Managed and coordinated 66 personnel to include overseeing operations, training team, office managers and recruiters while reporting to senior leadership to ensure goals were met.

Maximized talent acquisition goal accomplishment by providing sound and quantitative recommendations on assigning promotions, talent acquisition and overall trends analysis, resulting in a “Superior Achiever Award.”
