Project Manager
Performed the role of Senior PM for the following projects
oChart of Accounts Project –
Major multi-million-dollar multi-system enhancement across multiple teams. Had seven different development teams being managed by myself while managing upwards across multiple lanes.
Project had 11 major releases all directly managed by myself. This project occurred before Release Management came into play and is one of the reasons I became a release manager. All releases were completed successfully on schedule with a minimum of turmoil.
Project was ahead of schedule, under budget, and met all requirements specified.
oCMS Dialysis Bundled Services Project – Also performed the role of Program Manager for this as well as the Senior PM.
Federally mandated, defined date project with ever changing business requirements.
Project completed totally successfully, ahead of schedule, on budget, with better than expected claim services on the backend. Claim recovery was 5% above expected level for initial claims.
Project crossed multiple systems and multiple teams in the Revenue Systems lane and total cost exceeded one million for project.
Project had five different development teams involved.

Responsibilities for this firm grew from a computer tech to holding responsibility for negotiating all technology contracts, including telecommunication contracts.
Held final approval authority for any technology purchase from computers to telecom equipment and complete network services for six company offices
