DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Electrical Supervision of Installation of 66 KV & 33 KV Gas Insulated Switch Gears. Installation of 33 KV, 6.6KV (MV) & 415V Switch Gears Transformer, Bus duct, Cable, IRP Panel, LDB, UPS Panel & Battery Bank Installation. All Glanding Termination, Testing, Plant Lighting system. All kinds of Electrical and Instrumentation Installation, Testing. Overall in charge for all instruments support, JB frames, System cabinet frames, system cabinet panel erection, instrument installation for total project, Instrument cable pulling, Glanding & Termination, Loop check, Tubing for Instruments, Instrument Earthing System, As Build & Testing. Site Surveys for new instrument cable rout, preparation of as-built drawing and documents, hook-up drawing, instrument cable trench layouts, cable routing layout, control room- layouts, JB wiring diagram, cable block diagram, and instrument loop diagram and install PLC panel and UPS. Preparation of MTO for instrument works. Laying of instrument control, digital, analog cable and gladding. Termination of instrument cable to PLC side and field JB side and connecting to PLC to DCS.

Install new instrument and install instrument process hook-up, loop checking and testing pre commissioning and commissioning activities of all instruments systems. Attend meeting with contracts, consultants and vendors to review progress on weekly or more frequent basis as required.

Leading the work crew as a supervisor holding the responsibility to complete the job with company standard “HSE” policies & STD HSE practices as per the strict Shell safety norms of Petroleum Development.
