Executive Assistant to Deputy Assistant Secretary of Privacy, Technology, and Records (DASPTR). Responsible calendar management, travel, expense reports, weekly reports to the Assistant Secretary for Management, and other annual reports as required.

Assistant to Deputy Assistant Secretary-HR - Department of the Treasury, Washington, DC – May 2011-August 2016

Executive assistant to Deputy Assistant Secretary-Human Resources/Chief Human Capital Officer. (DASHR) Besides handling daily administrative functions of an office of 90+ also managed DASHR’s calendar, travel, meetings, events, and other projects as assigned including: writing weekly report to the Assistant Secretary for Management (ASM), editing Annual Reports, and compiling/inputting quarterly metrics for Stat-reports to ASM.

Upon staff re-organization in FY 2012, took over the additional duties of Special Assistant including all office and facilities management, administrative staff coordination, and project management. This included a managing a move to a new facility for 4 offices on two floors.

In FY 2013 was given additional responsibilities as Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) coordinator, SharePoint site manager, and safety and emergency coordinator.

In FY 2015 was co-project manager for re-design and upgrade of the DASHR Office SharePoint site. This project included setting up a project time-line, working with IT design consultants, assisting internal DASHR offices with page design and training.

Project manager for second office move to new building in September 2015. Worked with facilities on floor plans, furniture selection, and build-out of new space; handled punch-lists and build-out issues, coordinated packing and clean-up along with disposal and archiving of records and materials, worked with IT office on technology and equipment set-up, and handled all other move and new space-related issues as they arose.

Temporary contract position assigned by Robert Haft & Associates as second executive assistant to the Chairman
