I am a Technical Business Analyst and Project/Delivery Manager with a passion for software development, migrations, integrations security and expertise in project life cycles, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects delivering business value and delighting stakeholders. Some achievements

-I work very closely with Product owners, Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Developers, UI engineers and Business Analysts to:

•Decide on the best approach to integrate our product with third party suppliers of Barriers, Marketing tools, CRMs, Payment Service Providers (PSP), etc. for each of our clients.

•Respond to Request for proposal (RFPs) from our potential clients, Airports around the world.

-I put together High-Level architecture diagrams to serve as High Level Designs (HLD) to show integration points to each of our clients’ technical team.

-I facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to:

•Understand and capture requirements.

•Identify Gaps between our solution and the clients’ needs.

-I perform GAP analysis on our product in comparison to the clients’ request and when comparing custom development request to what has been/is being built.

-I write user stories using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methods and adjust to other methodologies depending on the kind of epics being written.

•Determine close to accurate project timeline.

-I support the developers and QA team in writing test scripts and performing unit tests when necessary.

-I have led and managed procurements and acquisition projects from RFP stage till implementations.
