RELEVANT PROJECTS
UTPB – College of Engineering (Senior Design Project) Aug 2019 – Dec 2019
• Created a non-electric self-actuated gate that opens and closes due to motor vehicle weight application
• Partnered with Metal Specialists Inc to cross reference material strength and ensure engineering calculations supported the material properties selected
• Computed the gate designs through Creo Simulate to ensure material sustainability and yield strength capabilities
• Maintained a detailed log to track all completed and upcoming tasks to ensure target specifications procedures were being followed and completed on time
UTPB – CAD Design Project Jan 2018 – May 2018
• Designed a foot-powered washing machine with the target audience for impoverished/rural areas.
• The design provides a faster and less strenuous alternative to hand washing. The design consisted of light-weight portable materials and will be easily assembled.
• Ran a static analysis test through Creo Parametric & Creo Simulate to assess metrics and parts of our design and material properties
