Exists as a resource to enhance the guest’s experience in Savannah by offering guidance and advice on what to do, see and eat while in town. Offers information about nearby locations, transportation, storing luggage, making dinner reservations, and running errands - everything from the casual visitor to brides, and group travelers. Manages the Cooking School enrollment and works closely with the Chef to schedule and promote classes. Performs other duties as needed to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Channel management for sales supportive creative projects. Managed workflow of a team of 6 designers with a CRM system. Primary point of contact for the department company-wide. Heavy emphasis on deadlines, accuracy and an adherence to branding.

Project management of a wide variety of projects, including direct mail, list mgmt., print production. Heavy customer service interaction. VIP event planning, both local & out of state.

Channel management for a wide range of creative projects. Built and deployed an online CRM system to track approval of projects campus-wide. Oversaw a team of designers, assisting with the assignment and completion of projects in a timely manner.

Booked convention and corporate groups into the hotel. Negotiated mutually beneficial contracts and event planned local visits to the market that included hotel tours and local attractions.
