–Scrum Master / Business Analyst / Automation Test Lead / Quality Assurance Mentor

ProducerEngage implementation for personal lines: This initiative is for creating a portal for Agents to sell a newly set up Personal Line offering by using Guidewire’s ProducerEngage framework.

Lead the Business Analyst team handling requirement elicitation, workshops to define scope and high-level requirements.

Worked on functional design and mockups for ProducerEngage Dashboard, Search, Create Account, Pre-Qualification questionnaire, Locations, Articles and Contact pages.

Drove the meetings for OOTB vs Custom requirements between IT and Business teams.

Worked on Paymentus, Sherlock and Transunion integration requirements.

Created high level test plan for integration and regression testing.

Was instrumental in handling existing dependencies for producer verification systems and authentication using Active Directory.

Project: Guidewire Upgrades- PC/BC/CC/Contact Manager: This effort is to upgrade the existing core Guidewire systems to a higher and more advanced version. Guidewire is an Insurance Management Suite and has the core modules of Policy Center, Billing Center, Claims Center and Contact Manager.

Conducted a thorough analysis of the current state of the existing GW versions.

Reviewed the features and release notes of the newer versions of Guidewire.

Prepared the GAP analysis document and Impact Analysis documents.

Reviewed the existing Automation Test Suites and formulated the necessary additional test scripts required to Regression test the upgrade.

Analyzed the other applications in the environmental landscape and assessed the impacts with the Guidewire upgrade.

Responsible for creating the test plans for integration, regression tests.

Served as the backup Scrum Master and continuing the sprints in the phases when required.

Project: Commercial Lines Portal: This effort is to create a portal for Commercial lines customers to create an account and link their policies. This portal is designed to perform self-service operations and paying the premium online.

Legacy ESS works on Lotus Notes and PMRB on Access DB. These two tools don’t communicate to each other in the legacy systems and they are not integrated with HP Service Manager. The goal of this project is to design and develop a new tool that is integrated with HP Service Manager and covers both ESS and PMRB.

Worked as the sole Business Analyst for State Farm and liaised between the client and the vendor, TCS.

Translated and documented the Business Requirements in the BRD.

Prioritized the requirements according to the project schedules and phase deliveries.
