Dear HR Director,

Thank you for the opportunity to submit my resume for consideration. I am currently a Senior PMO Operations Manager and Workfront Administrator with Warner Music Inc. Previously, I was the Workfront Administrator for Estee Lauder Companies as well as a Sr. Solutions Architect with Capability Source, a certified Workfront partner/implementer consultancy based in San Antonio, TX. I also was previously an Enterprise Architect with Workfront, Inc. and am fully core certified in the Workfront work management Saas platform as well as certified in Workfront Fusion. In my current role, I have been supporting and implementing Workfront for WMG’s expanding user base. When I was previously employed by Workfront, I developed both a high level of skill in implementing and administering the tool but I also developed a love for the platform as well as the community of users and evangelists that I am honored to consider myself a part of.

Prior to joining Workfront, I was a seasoned publishing workflow expert and digital production management consultant focused in the magazine and book publishing space. As Manager of Editorial Systems for American Express Publishing/Time Inc., I managed the migration of Food & Wine and Travel + Leisure magazines to their first Woodwing/Adobe DPS Tablet editions. I sat on the Six Sigma Steer Committee at Amex Publishing and helped to design the master workflow strategy for the company. I steered the rollout of the MediaBeacon DAM platform build-out for the company as well and provided project management, strategic guidance, training and oversight to the entire DAM as well as DPS project committees. My scope of management skills covers ePub/Web/Tablet as well as traditional print and I have served as the IT liason and PM/BA to Editorial/Design and Consumer Marketing & Production Operations. I have experience across a wide range of publishing models and market sectors; from children's book publishing to major magazines to literary journals. My extensive management experience in the DAM workflow space makes me feel I could be an excellent Manager with your firm.

I am a workflow systems specialist with years of strong results in publishing, color management and IT and I am an excellent creative project manager with both strategic and tactical competencies. I understand Mac OS X and Windows at an advanced level, and I have experience in a number of Digital Asset Management systems including Xinet Webnative/Venture, North Plains Telescope as well as MediaBeacon, WebDAM, AEM Assets and others. I have expert skills in editorial, design and digital production operations and I think I could make a significant contribution to your organization. In recent years I have developed a keen strategic awareness of what is going to drive the next generation of media companies across multiple mobile and desktop operating systems and delivery platforms.

I love technology, I am a team player and a highly articulate and efficient operator with excellent communication skills and would like to find a strong career growth opportunity. Please call me at 845-***-**** to schedule an interview at your convenience. I will look forward to speaking with you.

Very Sincerely Yours,

Steve Hirsch
