Procurement Practice - The Scope of Digital Supply Chain project is to replace legacy procurement system (In-House java application) by replacing with Oracle-Procurement (Oracle EBS). Oracle SOA 12C, Oracle MFT and OIC has been used to integrate Oracle EBS, Oracle Transport Management (OTM), EDQ, EcoSys and Oracle Unifier. This type of systems integration allows completely electronic purchase order delivery, eliminating the use of or need for traditional PDF purchasing documentation entirely. VIVA Telecom, Saudi (CTS) Role: SOA Developer & Tech Lead

Scope : The Scope of the project is to integrate CBS billing system and OSM(Fulfillment system) and to migrate entire middleware system from Oracle 10g to 11g.

To integrate this new systems O2C 11.2 & AABC 11.2 PIP is used to implement and newly build custom-interfaces to integrate Siebel CRM with CBS billing system, OSM system, Macalla Payment system, IVR, ASAP, Network system, other systems and migration of entire AS-IS system from 10g to 11g.

O2C 11.2 PIP has been used to integrate Product, Customer and Order flows between Siebel CRM and CBS billing system and AABC 11.2 has been used to integrate Acc balance, Invoice, Service Usage, Payment and Adjustment flows between all the above systems.

Custom Services has been developed by using AIA FP 11.1.1.6 to integrate SR, CUG, MNP, Work Order, Query/Enquiries modules with Siebel CRM, CBS, OSM and Network systems.

Migration - All integration flows between all applications are migrated from 10g to 11g.

Scope : The scope of the project is to integrate the ngCRM - Siebel CRM(8.1.1.3) with various external systems or legacy or other NG-IT systems by using Oracle fusion Middleware 11g and AIA 3.0 foundation pack.

This project has been designed & developed in the concept of KERNEL & LOCALIZATION approach.

KERNEL : The kernel contains three core products that deliver the CRM functionality: Oracle Siebel as core CRM system, numerous integration services, an order execution engine (OE) for CRM-triggered order-management.

Localization : Once the kernel has been released. Country specific business requirements will be customized on top of Kernel (Siebel CRM, AIA Integration Services and Order Execution Engine). Localization is implemented for Hungary, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and UK.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT

Worked with architecture team to understand the flows to be integrated in the kernel and localization.

Created Technical Design document based on functional design document with Sequence diagrams.

Scope : The scope of the product (OPSM PIP - Advanced Shipment Notice and Return receipts) is to integrate Oracle E-Business Suite with OPSM thru oracle fusion middleware (Application Integration Architecture).

The first integration between OPSM and Oracle E-Business Suites will be designed to address the primary use cases around synchronization of product and lot information, Advance shipment notice and Return Receipts.

Oracle Pedigree and Serialization Manager (OPSM) is an edge application designed to address drug package serialization capabilities. The system will manage the creation of globally unique serials and will capture information about the serials and serial transactions that will provide a foundation for serialized item verification. It requires integration with the transactional systems that manage business processes relevant to serialization and serialized item tracking. Those processes are Manufacturing, Packaging, Shipping, Receiving, and Returns.

Training Attended: SOA 11g, AIA, JDev trainings have been given by ORACLE UNIVERSITY.

Responsibilities:

British Telecom, UK (HCL) Role: SOA Developer and Production Support Engineer

Scope: The scope of the project is to provide one bill (consolidated bill) for a CFB customer.

Integrate bills from BT’s unit billing systems to generate one consolidated bill for corporate and high-end customers.

Bills produced by the source billing systems (CSS, PCB-IS, Geneva – Brecon, DISE etc.,), for source accounts that are to be consolidated by CFB and provide the one bill/invoice to the CFB customers. Product order handling is done primarily in Customer Manager Server (CM). Once Invoices are successfully dispatched the details of the Invoices are sent to the Accounts Receivable System (RADAR) and Payments for the CFB invoices will be received at RADAR.

Got the complete knowledge from existing vendor, documented & transferred the knowledge to my team members.
