ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Responsible for implementation and monitoring of the Company's Health Safety & Environment policies and procedures as per Clients requirements throughout the project.

●Undertake daily inspection tours in the area of responsibility to ensure implementation of, and adherence to, the procedures set out in the HSE Site Plan, Group HSE Manual and any project specific requirements.

●Take necessary action to rectify breaches of procedures or newly identified hazards, to ensure safe working conditions.

●Complete daily activity reports, bringing to attention action taken on identified matters of concerns and issues requiring resolution by higher authority.

●Advised Construction representatives of all disciplines to ensure full understanding of and adherence to HSE standards.

● Monitoring performance against applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements Project.

●Organising 3rd Party Safety Training (First Aid, Firefighting, and Scaffold) for Employees and equipment operator.

●Ensuring the PTW(permit to work)system is relevant to the task and risk assessment method statement is available to execute the task.

Roles & Responsibility

● Deliver safety Induction training, Tool Box Talk, Fire Fighting training to all employees.

●Monitor stick compliance of “Permit to Work” system at worksite and explain the Importance of the same to the workers.

●Conduct Fire Mock Drill and train the worker for the ‘Emergency Evacuation Procedure’ after hearing the emergency siren & conduct head counting of the workers assembled at the assembly point area (Emergency Planning).

●Submitting of weekly, monthly accident & safe man hours report to the HSE Manager.

●Carry out “Activity Risk Assessment” for the specially category jobs and provided it to the supervisor along with work permit.

● Preparation of near miss Incident statistics, maintained the records of the First Aid Injuries and other relevant reports

●Provide assistance to the supervisor and the safety coordinator to ensure workplace safety on site.
