My responsibilities started from the staff training to guest satisfaction and reaching targets in sales. As well as the daily assistance to operating the venue with my manager. This included administrative duties such as filing, cashiering, daily reports and staff training but not limited to the duties listed.

This was my first job (as entry job) in Dubai, coming from Cape Town where I was assistant manager at a wine estate.
With Toko I choice to start as a waiter o learn the hospitality trade in Dubai as there was a vast difference between Dubai and Cape Town. With Toko I quickly learned to which extents guest services can go to. My responsibilities were to sell and make great targets. With my wine skills I also offered food and wined pairing options.
