Managed budgets up to 15 million dollars and cross functional teams that ranges from executives, functional leaders, database engineers and administrations, and as well as vendor resources.

Recent Projects

• Career Site (Saas) implementation. Led an internal and vendor team in the implementation of a new career website for the organization. Results: Increased the visibility and number of actual applications for the organization. Also resulted in first ever talent pool.

• PowerBI Dashboards. Led 3 Database Developers in all lifecycles associated with dashboard development. Results: Real time data is viewable for all business leaders and organization executives. This allows for organizational decisions to be made with real data.

• Increase of Monthly Fees. Coordinated with organization to implement a new price change for new monthly clients. Result: Increased overall revenue for the organization.

• Health Care Renovations: Led an update of room renovations. Result: As a result of the upgraded rooms, the organizations is able to remain competitive with the market. Thus, increasing occupancy and revenue for the organization.

• Contracted with local Independent Physicians to complete process improvement and implementation projects. Led implementations for chronic care management, enhanced workflows for quality metric capturing, and reconciled plan fee schedules. Result: increased efficiency of practice workflows as well as increased revenue.

AMITA Health (Lisle, IL), Field Advisor Manager, June 2016 – August 2018 Led a team of Field Advisors that focused on projects that implemented strategies, training, and other educational topics for both provider and payer relations.

Achievements

• Recruit and Onboard Physicians. Guided potential and incoming physicians throughout the new physician lifecycle. This included discussing the benefits and advantages of being part of the clinically integrated network. Once approved into the network, guided the physicians through the credentialing process, oriented with the payer plans as well as the physician tools, and resolved any questions. Result: Provided an environment that educated new physicians on network responsibilities, contracts, and as well as financial opportunities.

• Provider Portal Refresh. Led a team to overhaul and reimplement the organization’s provider portal. Team analyzed and then reconfigured this portal to be user friendly and content driven. Result: Created a central location to enable over 2,400 providers to access payer and provider information, new quality metric demands, and compliance.

• Provider Performance Reports. Implemented tactics and methods to help providers reach quality metric goals and expectations. Result: Implementation tactics and reports drove shared savings with CMS of over

$40 million.

• Coordinated quarterly provider meetings. Coordinated with key hospital stakeholders’ quarterly meetings that discussed payer relations and quality metric needs. Results: provided an environment where key metrics and events were shared to the physicians in a timely manner. AMITA Health (Lisle, IL), Manager, Health and Wellness, December 2012 – June 2016 Led cross functional teams throughout the organization to implement strategic health and wellness programs for both AMITA Health employees as well as external companies. Achievements

• Employee Health Fairs. Implemented 40 local and national health fairs which included coordination from campus leadership, IT, Patient Registration, Lab – phlebotomy, catering, and facilities. Coordination occurred throughout 4 states. Result: Successfully delivered health screenings for over 7,000 employees.

• Year-Round Employee Wellness Programming. Led a team to revamp, create, and implement a year-long wellness program that encouraged employees to remain healthy. This included partnership with a health tech vendor to create programming dedicated to drive these programs. Result: Employee engagement increase from 70 days to 365 days of programming.

• Quarterly Educational seminars. Provided health related quarterly education seminars coordinating with Registered Dieticians as well as Executive chefs and personal trainers. Result: Provided education to employees that continued to focus on healthy eating and health exercise to help decrease the risk factors caused by a standard American diet as well as a very sedentary lifestyle.

• Corporate Account manager. Sales and account manager to some of the biggest local companies in the Chicagoland area like Gonnella Bread, Schaumburg Park District, Roselle Park District, Schaumburg School District, and more. Result: Expanded the current service line by establishing external customers, potentially increasing revenue for the health system.
