1)Nov. 2019 - present time: Irkutsk oil company (www.irkutskoil.ru), Irkutsk, RU. Irkutsk Oil Company operates oil&gas fields with overall production 180’000 blpd located in the Eastern part of Siberia as well as the local pipeline network and the gas processing plant in Ust-Kut.
a)Position: Lead process engineer for new upstream and mid-stream projects, Technology center
b)Position duties:
Conceptual design of new company projects. Searching for the most efficient solutions of utilizing available field resources. Preparing material and energy balances, PFD schemes, economic evaluations, equipment sizing, production scheduling.
Feasibility studies and pre-FEED phase executions for company upstream projects. Now the main subject is CO2 extraction from flue gases for further Enhanced Oil Recovery program.
2)Feb. 2019 – Nov. 2019: Nipigas (www.nipigas.ru), Moscow, RU. Nipigas as a subsidiary of the largest Russian petrochemical company Sibur, is one of the most important local EPC-contractor involved in a few big downstream O&G projects in Russia. Among them Amurskiy gas processing plant, ZapSibNeftekhim, Baltiskiy LNG, Arctic-LNG-2.

b)Position duties:
Being a part of the PM team, I was involved in a pre-engineering phase of a new-built Sibur petrochemical plant based on MTO (methanol-to-olefines) process.
My responsibility area is two large (2x6,200 LOX t/d) Air Separation Units which separate air for oxygen and nitrogen as well as prepare instrument and process air for new plant process needs. In this role I prepared unit RFQ, participated in technical and commercial negotiations with international ASU suppliers, took responsibility for process solutions, utility and process interfaces, align unit products with existing and new facilities, performing economic evaluations for different technical gas supply options: “industrial gases supply by vendor” versus “unit possessing”, preparing results to the company management within Investment committee procedure.
3)Jan. 2013 – Feb. 2019: Sulzer Chemtech LLC (www.sulzer.com), Sulzer Chemtech is a division of international manufacturing company Sulzer Ltd with the headquarter located in Winterthur, Swiss. Project of increasing unit capacity and separation efficiency at Achimgas production site (Low temperature separation process). Leading the project from the conceptual design to start-up.
Successful troubleshooting solution at gas drying unit in Tumen with the aim of reducing threated gas dew point and DEG carry-over. Leading the project from the conceptual design to start-up.
Increasing NGL yield at numerous gas processing plants, owned by Sibur, in terms of process schemes reviewing and equipment upgrade.
Successful troubleshooting solution at CDU in Ulyanovsk with the aim of light distillates yield increasing. Leading the project from the conceptual design of unit upgrading to start-up.
