Interviewed end users and key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Wrote requirement documents. Created user stories from requirement documents, and worked with offshore and onshore development teams to get story points and assign user stories to sprints. Managed the Scrum and Kanban boards. Project Experience:

GPMS Implementation – Managed the lift and shift of the legacy Global Product Master System application, a $750K+ project with an onshore team of 15 and an offshore team of 5. GPMS (Global Product Master System) displayed summarized title and rights information to several thousand internal users.

Title Registry Rewrite – Drove the project to re-platform the legacy Title Registry application to AppDynamics. This application was used to track title names for Sony’s domestic theatrical releases that were registered with the Motion Picture Association.

GTRAC Implementation – Managed the lift and shift of the legacy GTRAC application, including coordinating the onshore and offshore development teams and reviewing application features with stakeholders. GTRAC was used to maintain the contractual and music rights displayed in the Global Product Master System (GPMS) and sent rights detail to multiple downstream applications.

Copyright Implementation - Led the lift and shift of the legacy Copyright application, which was used to track copyright information from the U.S. Copyright Office for Sony titles.

Conducted in-depth business interviews, transformed interviewed notes into user requirements, worked with Sourcing to select vendors, wrote and distributed RFPs to selected vendors, and interviewed and selected the short-list of vendors for a proof of concept (POC).

Counterpoint Implementation Project – Led the project to replace legacy music rights applications with a customized off the shelf solution that would be utilized for clearing third-party music in film productions, tracking royalties, and maintaining music rights information about the score owned by Universal Film Pictures Music.
