Chief Operating Officer

$15M Austin-Focused Commercial Real Estate Firm

• Oversaw year-over-year revenue growth of 25%.

• Stood up Altair Capital, a new dedicated fund to invest in Austin commercial real estate. Developed name, brand and website for an entirely new company to administer the fund. Built investor deck and secured investor meetings resulting in $7M in soft commitments within 10 weeks.

Regional Manager 2008 – 2009

• Directed operations of three branches with 18 employees in TX and LA, creating business development plans, improving internal processes, and managing $13M budget. .

• Increased gross sales of filtration branch by 350% in five months by mentoring existing manager on all key operations performance metrics.
