All state insurance complaints are carefully expedited through me and scanned.

NYS COMPTROLLER’S - (AccuStaff - contract ended) Albany, NY Auditor 12/16- 6/18

Audited monthly Justice Court Fund reports from all towns and villages. Coded All monies and entered into the Court System software after these court decisions were made, distributing and calculating properly. Quick, yet very accurate when entering this data. Handled various types of problems with justices and town clerks over the phone or through e-mails. Sent courtesy and late letters accordingly, as it was necessary for no jurisdiction to fall behind. Confidential and organized files and documentation was a must.

NYS - ALBANY COUNTY DEPT. OF SOCIAL SERVICES, Albany, New York 2/89-3/16

Account Clerk Il/ Accounts Payable for Albany County DSS. Paid numerous bills, including home care and medical assistance vendors. This included pages on excel of itemized clients or manpower hours and rate amounts listed and calculated for their payroll. Verified vendors monthly bills then entered all into system accordingly. After auditing, I posted payments. Then I processed these checks and mailed with proper backup. Prepared several reports. Computer software included word, excel and accounting. Coordinated and communicated well with vendors, Directors, co-workers and clients over the phone, with e-mails and in person about any problems that needed to be resolved. Other positions including Medical Audit Unit for several years in the 90’s and for the first 7 years I was an Account Clerk I for Family Court Support Collections. During that time, I processed and entered numerous checks. Also, I handled problems both in person or on the phone. Also, for many years I was the Relief Cashier for both Family Court and DSS. (left Albany County with early NYS Retirement package to resolve several personal and health issues).

Assistant Restaurant Manager for full service dinner house chain. Hiring, firing, supervision, schedules and training of dining room staff. Aided in cost, inventory, purchasing and quality control. (Made a career change)

NEW YORK HILTON, New York, NY 11/84-12/86

Assistant Credit Manager for world renowned, 2,200 room Hotel and Conference Center. Maintained control of all guest accounts daily, paid by credit card, company billing or cash. Also aided in accounts payable and collections when needed. Processed reports of every room in hotel and form of payment per guest daily.
