Role:
Managing graphics changes and modification in logics in PLC, SCADA & HMI.
Involved in the planning for upgrades, modifications and execution of the planned tasks in order to maintain and achieve zero breakdowns in field instruments of RO Desalination, Sewage treatment Plants,Reservoir and pumping stations.
Responsible for carrying out of preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting the problems concerned with the section, man power planning, material management and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Prepare failure analysis report, investigate and prevent recurring problems.
Coordinate the maintenance of DMA (Data Logger), MCC change over panel, LV Switchboard and field instruments (Flow meter, Pressure transmitter, Pressure switch & Gauge pH sensor, ORP & Conductivity sensor, Chlorine sensor, MOV, etc ) maintenance and calibration.
Technical support for the Instrument team, Conrol room and reservoir pumping station operators.
Preparing master data sheet for PM schedule, ensuring safe and efficient performing of CM and taking care of CMMS activities.
Development and implementation of scheduled maintenance, checklist, procedures, data collections and programs, fault trees, root cause analysis and trend analysis to prevent breakdowns
Maintenance of operational records and safety standards
Calculated the performance of each employee and provided training at appropriate timers.
Capable of managing the spares & consumables.
Keen strategist skills in conceptualizing and initiating all initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and performance.
