Work with Supplier’s / Vendor’s during product development to determine adequate test coverage and to ensure that products are designed for testability/ manufacturability.

Participate in defect reduction teams during new product launches to improve test process & test coverage by coordinating with customers. And as well as identify the gaps in the testing of current products and take appropriate steps to improve test coverage.

Report bugs to developers and maintains documentation of test results and ensure closure.

Facilitating in developing new process concepts and guidelines by undertaking systems and process changes for improvements in productivity and reducing rejection rate.

Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as proper problem solving techniques to resolving the product and process quality issues.

Team Management: Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the Team to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group target.
