Experience:

Junior Research Fellow in Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR, New Delhi) funded research project entitled “Designing of potential agonists of ASF/SF2 for application in cancer therapy”.

Six months dissertation work based on ‘Cloning, expression and purification of tRNA adenosine deaminase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis’. I have in-depth knowledge of techniques used like PAGE, Western blotting, Sequencing, Chromatography using Acta prime and crystallization setup.

Two months summer training on ‘Wound healing by Low Level Laser Therapy’ during June to August 2014 from DIPAS, DRDO, Delhi during this training, I learnt Animal handling, Basic technique used for LLLT, and Advance assays.

Two months summer training on ‘Tools & techniques used in Molecular biology’ during June to August 2013 from DIBER, DRDO, Uttarakhand. Main focus was on Genomic and plasmid DNA isolation, PCR, Gel electrophoresis and SDS-PAGE.

Training programme on ‘Marketing strategies for bio-instruments’ organized by BENCOS at New Delhi.

COMPUTATIONAL SKILL: Molecular modelling, rigid and flexible docking, virtual screening of large compound dataset, molecular dynamics simulations, protein structure determination. WET LAB SKILL: Molecular cloning, overexpression, protein purification, cell culture, immune histochemistry & Western Blotting, FACS, bacterial transformation, qRT-PCR, microscopy, RNA and DNA extraction, Molecular biology techniques, and chromatography, crystallization setups and enzyme kinetics.
