Reviewing care plan daily to see what meds are needed to start out the day, hygiene schedule for showers, and if the check if the client was sick the day prior to see if the morning nebulizer was needed.

Working with this company you must be a very good at multi-tasking, answering calls, online chats, emails, and problem solving. The work that must be completed you have to go through numerous sites in order to complete one task. I also settled the Chargeback cases for fraud and possible fraudulent cases.

I started working for this company in October 2015. I became the Customer Service Manager in December 2015. I was in charge for 2 Customer Service Representatives. I was involved in the hiring process for one of the employees and trained both.

I learned to work with other departments within the company: Shipping, Marketing, and Production. Helped resolved any issues with orders and other sited related issues.

I set up the Customer Service process for the new hires using Microsoft PowerPoint.

I worked with: Office 365, Microsoft, Windows Live, Big Commerce, Lead Commerce, Authorize.net, Paypal, Shipworks, Stamps.com, AmazonSeller Central, and eBay.

The reason why I left this company was due to instability. The processes were constantly changing without proper training. Learn as you go.

I also enjoy helping others if they need the help. I learned the fosse training at the Marriott within a couple of days when the training was set for a couple of weeks. I’m a very patient person. I’ve learned to work with difficult people, and know how to handle tough situations. I know how to keep focused on jobs and tasks. I’m accountable and prompt.
