Leading a product management function across two functional groups - product platform and data platform.

In 2019, the product platform maintained our uptime goal of four 9’s during a period of significant growth. We were able to handle 2x the amount of transactions per day and 2x the requests to the gateway without a reduction in service quality.

The data platform delivered a streaming architecture that reduced a 48hr data lag to near real time. Toast’s reporting product, part of the data platform, saw an increase in NPS of over 20 points as the result of our work in the year. In addition, we built a team focused on creating innovative data products that will deliver analytical products to market in 2020. Team of 50+ included PMs, POs, UX, analysts, and engineers. Accomplishments:
