Managed and coordinated team for large annual corporate conferences in San Francisco. Led migration from Eudora with Sendmail back-end to Outlook with Exchange (Active Directory) back-end. This included migrating Oracle Collaboration Calendar Suite to Exchange. Facilitated 4 major moves of offices to larger facilities (1 overseas). Rollout to NAT addressing at corporate HQ. Researched and implemented IP telephony for remote users and branch offices. Purchased and prepared all new Hardware for our users. Managed Asset tagging inventory.
