Program: Claims Technology Program (CTP): This program had a budget of $160 million. The purpose of the program was to deliver and replace a legacy claim system by implementing an out of the box Guidewire based solution while utilizing Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and System Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Project Manager for the Access Management project, which involved management of users and roles via Siteminder for Guidewire and provision of LDAP access for RSA claims staff across the organization
