implementation of the CCR process this was a paper and pen process handled by hospital coordinators. This solution was developed in SharePoint 2013 using code- behind InfoPath forms, SPD Workflows, and C# web-part development. Additionally, this solution was a completely customized SharePoint UI. At EBMS I developed and implemented their SharePoint 2019 Environment as well as their customized Client Intake Process solution written in SharePoint and utilizing a highly customized Project Server solution. At VASCOR I was responsible for the management and expansion of their SQL 2016 Cluster environment as well as their SharePoint environment. During my tenure at VASCOR I upgraded their platforms to SharePoint 2019. This included the On-Premise installation of Power Bi and the migration of over 500 SSRS reports to the Power Bi platform.

With deep experience in Agile/Waterfall project management I was able to work directly with the business, IT and third-party clients to ensure all of these solutions were delivered in a timely and efficient manner. SharePoint Administrator / Developer March 2011 – 2016 Company Name, HealthPlan Services /WiPro

As the SharePoint Administrator I was responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of all HPS SharePoint solutions. The platform included multiple independent farms running multiple solutions across the organization including multiple customized solutions for our carriers.

• Consolidation of Rating Platforms from 5 separate systems to a new Unified Rating Architecture platform running on the mainframe and integrated with both SharePoint and the UAR platform I developed. This platform, called EAR, was a highly customized SharePoint Excel Services solution that integrated with our nightly mainframe batch process and was responsible for carrier rate determination and letter bill generation.

• Improved Renewal Processing Platform. The old systems to process renewals and send out letters to membership across carriers was not cost effective. Working across the business and carrier teams I was able to improve the renewal processing systems over 300% allowing HPS to meet the high demand on post ACA renewal activities. This was accomplished through an external SharePoint carrier renewal solution.

• LinksCore – Configurator. As the Healthcare market moved to the ACA models HPS needed a way to consolidate the massive amounts of data contained in the CMS SERFF Formatted files for Rates, Plans, and Products. I architected a cross-carrier web-centric solution that allowed for the processing, loading, auditing, and tracking of all carrier CMS SERFF related data. The results of this processing were a 600% reduction in time to load carrier data into HPS systems with a 99.999% accuracy rating. As an example:

o 2014 – CASA IT Rating loaded 68,234,000 rows of data from our 23 unique carriers.

• LoyatyLink – Retention Modeling System utilizing SSRS. A key component for our carriers was membership retention. Being able to predict membership activity and when they may potentially drop coverage was a huge issue for our carrier. Working with SEER Analytics I implemented the LoyaltyLink Retention platform that modeled all of our carrier data to derive SQL Server

a scoring system that determined the likelihood of membership retention.

• Multiple SharePoint deployments for HPS. I was responsible for developing the HPS customized internal SharePoint solutions (both OOB as well as highly customized Master Pages with multiple web parts). This included all architecture, server build outs, and the complete LYNC (Skype for Business) implementation.

• Deployed TMG 2010 and UAG 2010 to the DMZ as a gateway for our custom carrier SharePoint Portals and SSRS solutions. Eventually migrated this to a WAP Platform integrated with the Skype for Business architecture rollout I performed.

All of these items were accomplished through my ability to engage the business and IT to drive solutions that stayed focused on true cost savings and on time delivery solutions for the organization.

Working with IT resources we built a full training and onboarding solution for site administrators. Additionally, we developed over 30 custom web parts and features to deliver the custom experience the client wanted.

These advances allowed ASTAR to fly for DHL and maintain a 98.9% on-time accuracy for over 2 years. In addition to management responsibilities I was responsible for managing the initial PeopleSoft deployment upgrades to FSM and HR 8.8 including project plans, server management and database consolidation from Oracle to MS SQL Server. While at ASTAR I deployed SharePoint 2003 and 2007, InfoPath and SSRS/SSIS reporting to replace a custom-built web portal solution and migrate the aging Intranet to a more dynamic and business-oriented solution. While at HNR Coal I was responsible for the company’s payroll and HRMS systems. This was all done through a Digital HP UX system running PeopleSoft on a combination of UNIX and Windows Servers.

In addition to managing the PeopleSoft Payroll and HRMS systems I also upgraded their systems from 7.5 to 8.3 and was responsible for application development efforts to tie in various systems to these products utilizing tools such as Cold Fusion and other web-based technologies.

I managed their Oracle HPUX system during my tenure there as it was incorporated into both the PeopleSoft HRMS/FSM systems as well as ColdFusion systems.

While at HNR I also implemented the first SQL Servers as I migrated their HRMS/FSM and ColdFusion technologies from HPUX Systems to the Windows Infrastructure for cost savings and ease of management. Manager, IT Interactive Media Jan 2000 – Jan 2002
