Sahlman is a group of companies involved in aquaculture, packaged ice and real estate development based in Tampa, FL with annual sales of US$30 million and over 600 employees.

Manage corporate treasury and controller functions, manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors and attorneys.

Negotiated over $9.5 million in credit lines and over $6 million in long-term loans.

Supervise IT projects, technology strategy and led to the implementation of custom software developed in-house.

Submit annual corporate budget and projections to executive committee.

Prepare and track annual working capital and investment budgets.

Prepare monthly analysis of financial statements, variance analysis and review with executive committee.

Provide guidance, custom analysis of profitability and track Key Performance Indicators for corporate performance.

VTC was among the largest IT distributors in the Miami area with sales of US$225 million.
