CRM@ACO supports processes in sales and marketing.

CRM covers the daily work of the sales agents. It is used to follow the upcoming and expected sales opportunities (called “Objects”) and to turn this opportunities into ACO revenue.

CRM@ACO used by Marketing departments to identify relevant customers for marketing campaigns and follow the activities necessary for these campaigns use CRM.

CRM@ACO includes a template that extends the standard product “Microsoft Dynamics CRM” by ACO specific business needs. This includes supporting business process flow and aligned data structures.

Responsibilities:

• Worked as a Sr. Technical Consultant in the team for designing and developing the Advanced customizations in CRM using technologies like C# .Net, JavaScript

• Handling individually all the custom complex customizations. (Plugins, Custom Workflow, Integration SSIS).

• Involved in writing code in C# and maintain the code for enhancement of software

• Handling Level 3 Issues related to core technical issue in CRM.

• Used Git for maintaining version

• We used SCRUM methodology in this project. Creating sprint of two weeks and following the target.

Communication History

This is external HTML application integrated with CRM on major entities (Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities) to display the activities of that record in Iframe. Iframe section Layout has divided into two frames. Left with List View Layout and Right with detailed form Layout.

Key Advantages: User no need to go to activities to see Detailed Information Can see on the Same Record.

CRM One21 is Template created for ACO World those who are willing to use CRM as sales application should use this template.

Exchange Synch Integration

A central synchronization service run on the server, check user Mailboxes in Exchange and CRM for modifications and synchronize the two systems. This synchronization affects:

ASTRA (Accelerating Sales Transformation for Revenue Acquisition) CRM is internal intelligence project for IGATE.

Since Capgemini Acquired IGATE in 2015,This project designed and Executed for migrating ASTRA (IGATE CRM Application tool) Data and Interfaces to THOR

(Capgemini CRM Application Tool)

Project Handled in Two modules parallel

1) Data Migration ( Migrating IGATE Sales users data into THOR) 2) THOR- IGATE Legacy System Interfaces (Routing Data from THOR

(In place of ASTRA) to IGATE Legacy systems.

Responsibilities:

Played Manager role to deliver both modules from IGATE technical team

Preparing and presenting project status weekly and Monthly with GLOBAL Heads.

Evaluated the both applications to prepare best methodology for migration and Interfaces module

Design the migration plan to provide the data to THOR in prescribed formats.

Lead the team for preparing data ready queries for migration in SQL and applied THOR business principles before providing data to THOR.

The project servers Organization Heads by providing statistics of Business in terms of revenue (it includes Forecast and Actuals) on daily basis Responsibilities:

Lead Role in Data Migration from PeopleSoft CRM (IGATE CRM) to CASPER (Patni CRM).

Develop reusable components in Application, Following standard principals of SIEBEL to maintain low complexity and follow best practices of industry and technological standards in maintaining quality of code.

Lead Role in SIEBEL Upgrade from 7.9 to 8.1.1.11

Did the SIEBEL administration by Installing SIEBEL servers and upgrade to new version.

Siebel Administrator role-played post upgrade for all new released patch upgrades.
