JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Given HSE induction training for all the employees.

Carry out daily tool box talk for the employees

Carry out daily site survey to ensure that safe work methods are in operation.

Health, Safety and environment requirements are being observed.

Daily audit of work permit, JSA and method statement.

Preparing JSA and attend meeting for review

Make sure that personnel protective equipment is suitable for use and for which it is intended and to be worn by everybody at all times.

Determine the causes of any accident or dangerous occurrence and recommended means of preventing them.

Assist with the HSE department for the training of the employees at the levels. Taken part in discussion on the injury, damage and near misses.

Keep up to date with recommended codes of practice and safety literature.

Attend the meeting where safety is an item in the agenda and keep all the records of safety meetings on site with subject and attendance.

Ensure that access and egress are always free from any obstructions.

Make sure that the flammable materials are stored in rational manner.

Make sure the basic fire fighting equipments are fully operational and placed accordingly.

Inspection of portable fire fighting equipments.

Given first aid treatment in case of incident / accident

Regular inspection for all the machinery and tool.

Ensure that good housekeeping is observed at all of times in order to maintain the work place neat and tidy.
