Job Description:

Inspection and analysis the site preparation & Mobilization.

Lead the subcontractor teams for both Electrical and civil activities.

Review and submission of design to obtained approval from client / consultant

BOQ Preparation as per Approved construction drawings.

Preparation of site work plan, Daily/week /Monthly progress meeting as per scheduled plan client/consultant.

Work with multi-discipline project team to develop the efficient plan and schedule for project update with clients and contractors.

Effective maintain the project schedule, progress, scheduling and monitoring the day

-day work co-ordination to the man power and ensure the successful project completion within the time frame.

Preparation of power, control & fiber optical cables, laying and termination as per the schedule/scheme.

Erection & installation and commissioning of electrical equipment’s as per approved drawings.

Adopting WSPS policies and procedures such as safety, environmental, quality assurance & control precautions to be avoided any electrical and erection accidents.

Joint Site inspection with client and consultant for JMC Preparation for raising Progress invoice for payments.

As -built drawings preparation works as per the site modification drawings.
