3D Printed Upper Limb Prosthesis (UMD) Apr 2019 - May 2019

• Designed & fabricated a prosthetic hand with a team by using Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) additive manufacturing process.

• Simulated the model in ANSYS to measure joints strength & maximum stress areas of concentration during gripping operation.

• Tested the fabricated prosthetic hand on IMADA MX-500 testing machine to determine the maximum gripping force and joint strength to validate the simulation results.

Multi-Terrain Robot (SVITS) Mar 2016 - May 2016

• Led a team of 5 people in designing and fabricating a robot capable of moving in rough terrains.

• Created the CAD model of robot in PTC Creo and performed finite element analysis in ANSYS.
