Job Description

To ensure the safety of man, machine and material at or around working site.

Job safety analysis, engage the worker and company personnel in safety talk

wherever and wherever essential and needed.

In during there is safe access and no dangers at the work place.

Formation and implementation of site safety plan.

To provide good housekeeping for employees.

To decide safe height and use of PPE while working at height.

To inspect all tools and tackles at regular interval of time.

Make the worker understand the importance and necessity of PPE, provide them the

proper identification,

Using, handling and maintaining the PPE.

To organize mask meeting to develop safety.

To safe working procedure and to see that employees are following procedure.

To organize training program for employees and review the development.

Attend seminars, meetings and always stay in contact with seniors and juniors as well as

roam around the working a site frequently.

Accessing trends and reviewing safety performance, keeping records of injury and damages.

Hazards identification, risk assessment and risk control measure.

To report on safety performance is review and take action for continuous improvement, compliance of all safety aspects.

In the change circumstances of climate change specially Global warming, heavy rain, storm etc. educate the affected person about the season safety; awareness of season safety is must.
