Cost Engineering

Handling preparation of Cost Control Budget for Project. Monitoring and controlling of expenditure with periodical Cost Control Reports and to check Overrun/ underrun and balance the future expenditures.

Handling site inputs and estimating process, which includes wage rates, productivity factors and other site data critical to the estimation process. Overall cost management of the project

Performing Check Estimate on a periodic basis for projects in consultation with Engineering and procurement lead based on updated BOQ and equipment tags.

Adept in preparation of Exposure and Cash Flow Curves and provide inputs for Mgmt. Dashboards and Finance – Revenue forecasting, Cash flow Forecasting & hedging.
