• Expanded sourcing efforts outside of China achieving 25% in product cost reductions. *Cost reduction realization includes variable agent cost/fees.

• Reduced Asia’s operational cost by $2.5M USD (over 50%) in 12 months. o Added system efficiencies at each functional level of business

• Restructured US staff by identifying deficiencies through gap analysis. o In interim, utilized outside resources for human capital savings in excess of $2M USD.

• Increase of $4M in sales by stepping outside of the brand and sourcing private label goods without overhead cost.
