Responsible for entire Recruitment process starting from maintaining resume data bank to screening the candidate, issuing an offer & Appointment letters & Deployments. Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing as well as expected vacancies. Ensure hiring within the allocated budgets.

Responsible for smooth on boarding of new hires and conducting HR Induction and orientation program.

Responsible for periodic Training & Development initiatives for Management staff and Leadership development programs for top management. Develop & maintain competency matrix of management staff, Ensure Skill Matrix is being maintained and execute required developmental initiatives for workers.

Employee Relations – Grievance Handling, Discipline Exit Interviews and conduct internal investigations.

Mediate conflicts between employees and management to resolve misunderstandings, facilitates communication to promote effective working relationships.

POSH (Prevention on Sexual Harassment) Member – Active coordinator of POSH team. Conduct awareness sessions and training over the sexual harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013. Communicate update related to awareness every month and as when requires.
